Christine and Patrick – Fall 2011
Simply Weddings Las Vegas │ Las Vegas & Southern California Wedding Planner
Christine and Patrick met in College and recently graduated and were both working for the same company in California. Christine’s family was currently living in Las Vegas and suggested that she get married in Las Vegas for the convenience that people were coming from all over the country.
During our planning process both Christine and Patrick were transferred to Florida which made the planning process a bit more difficult for them as their frequent trips from California to come and see us had to come to an end until the day of their wedding. Christine had a vision of an ultra-modern Maria Antoinette them. From flowing white chiffon fabrics for the ceremony down to the details of her wedding dress she was determined to make this theme come alive. The ceremony consisted of a Chuppah with multi-colored pastel roses and large floral pieces adorned the structure. The aisle was adorned with chiffon fabric and heavy pedals down the aisle. Their ceremony was a traditional Filipino ceremony with several sponsors that represented both Christine and Patrick.
Guests then entered the ballroom that was lit with blush pink lighting and the tables had antique lace linens, and birdcage centerpieces with pave roses and curly willow. The wedding cake with 6 layers and stood 4 feet high, it was over the top and delicious. The couple danced the night away with over 150 of their friends and family.
