Services prior to your Las Vegas Wedding:
Unlimited face-to-face meetings, to go over all wedding details,
(i.e. design & décor, vendor duties, stationary, time-line of activities, vendor negotiations,
site selections etc.)
Facilitate with locating & contracting the perfect ceremony and reception location
Aid with creating and the printing of the stationery
(i.e. “Save the Dates”, wedding websites, invitations, programs, menus and thank you notes)
We will negotiate group room blocks for you and your guests, at conveniently
located hotels around Las Vegas.
Facilitate the organization and contracting transportation for you and your guests
Create a comprehensive event schedule for vendors and wedding party
Provide qualified and expert vendor referrals. We will be present at all vendor
meetings and tastings
Assist with food and beverage selection and catering negotiations
Create a personal wedding checklist, so that nothing gets overbearing and every
detail is accounted for
We will provide a detailed wedding budget and timeline
Unlimited recommendations and or suggestions (i.e. creative ideas, budgeting,
etiquette, tipping etc..)
Assist with negotiations and selection process of professional vendors
Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors
Arrange your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party
Coordinate the wedding ceremony
Manage the timing of events with your family, wedding party and vendors
We will be onsite for the entire wedding day

Number of guests
Wedding Date
Location of ceremony & reception
The number of months in advance that services are secured
Whether Brit Bertino is the Lead Coordinator or a qualified Event Manager assumes this role
